While other universities and scientific institutes spend fortunes researching disease’s its good to know that the Oregon Health & Science University School are researching the sexual preferences of sheep.

Their study comprised of testing 27 sheep, 8 males who prefered lady sheep, 9 who prefered males and 10 who appeared to be loners or bi-sexual.

There conclusions 8% of domestic rams demonstrate homosexual tendencies.

The conclusion was that sexual preference is biologically determined in animals, by something called ‘ovibe sexually dimorphic nuclei’ where homosexual sheep have a smaller number than their straight counterparts.
